4. Project Terms

4.1 Proposals and Quotes

All proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change if project scope, requirements, or timelines are modified.

4.2 Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before project commencement
The remaining balance is due upon project completion
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance
Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by Texas law
We reserve the right to suspend work or withhold deliverables for overdue accounts
Client agrees to pay reasonable collection costs, including attorney's fees, as permitted by Texas law

4.3 Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to client feedback delays, scope changes, third-party dependencies, or events beyond our reasonable control. MM Web Solutions is not liable for such delays.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Client Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for the purposes of delivering our services.

5.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, we retain rights to:

  • Reusable code libraries and frameworks
  • General techniques and methodologies
  • Portfolio usage and case studies

6. Revisions and Changes

Our standard packages include a specified number of revision rounds:

  • Starter: 2 revision rounds
  • Professional: 3 revision rounds
  • Enterprise: Unlimited revisions within project scope

Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed with professional care and skill. However:

  • Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific results
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or plugins
  • SEO results depend on many factors outside our control

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MM Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Support and Maintenance

Post-launch support varies by package:

  • Starter: 30 days basic support
  • Professional: 60 days priority support
  • Enterprise: 90 days premium support + maintenance options

Extended support and maintenance packages are available separately.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

  • By Client: 7 days written notice. Fees paid for completed work are non-refundable
  • By MM Web Solutions: For breach of terms, non-payment, or other valid reasons with 7 days notice

11. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
